Conditions of Letting

All accommodation is let on the understanding that it is occupied for the purposes of a holiday and that only the persons specified in the booking form occupy the accommodation at any time.

A deposit of 33% of the rental is required on booking. No firm booking can be made without the necessary deposit, however, telephone bookings will be held for 5 days to allow your deposit to reach us. The balance due should be in our possession 30 days before the start of your holiday. Failure to comply with this could result in the cancellation of the booking. Refunds of deposits and/or full payments will be made only if you cancel your holiday in writing and we are able to re-let your booking. Holiday insurance proposal forms are available and will be provided on request. Whilst it is not compulsory, we strongly recommend that you cover yourself in case unforeseen circumstances prevent you from taking your holiday.

All accommodation will be ready for occupation at 3 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be claimed between this time and 5 p.m. Please inform us if you expect to arrive outside these times. Accommodation must be vacated by 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure.

Guests are responsible for all breakages, loss or damage which should be reported to us and paid for before departure. Guests are also responsible for the condition of the apartment on departure.

The accommodation and its garden/parking areas are used at guests' own risk. No responsibility is accepted by the proprietors for any loss or injury however caused.

No responsibility is accepted by the proprietors for any loss by fire, theft, damage or other cause of property belonging to guests.

We regret no pets are allowed.

The accommodation is available on a weekly basis starting and ending on a Friday.
