By Rail: Regular bus/rail connections to Lyme Regis from London Waterloo (Axminster the local rail station is 6 miles from Lyme Regis). There is also a bus/rail connection from Heathrow Airport via Woking to Axminster (4 hours)
By Coach: At all times of the year, National Express Coaches operate between major cities and towns and nearby Exeter, Taunton and Weymouth. By Bus: The Coastline X53 service goes to Lyme Regis from Exeter and Bournemouth. The 31 Bus services routes between Taunton and Weymouth, passing through Lyme Regis.
